Dr. Tim Frank, N.M.D. and Pamela Lancaster, L.M.T. are the visionary co-founders of Heirloom Collaborative and co-directors of Sacred Journeys Center for Integrative Medicine and Psychedelic Therapies.

With over 50 years of combined experience, they have guided the development of healing centers, wellness resorts, spa programs, and regenerative communities from conception to activation. Their work bridges advanced integrative medicine, indigenous healing traditions, sound therapy, and trauma-informed care.

Dr. Frank is a licensed naturopathic physician specializing in psycho-neuroimmunology, trauma resolution, and spiritual transformation. Pamela Lancaster is a certified life coach, master massage therapist and trainer, sound healer, and ceremonialist. She is known for her sacred presence, intuitive clarity, and decades of experience in designing and facilitating transformational treatments and healing spaces.

Together, they have supported the launch and growth of projects across the U.S. and internationally — offering creative visioning, wellness program architecture, and deep energetic alignment. Their shared mission is to help others bring beauty, coherence, and soul into every stage of the development journey.
